One favorite taste of autumn bounty is the pumpkin bread.
1 ½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup pumpkin
½ cup oil
2 eggs
¼ cup water
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pour the mixture in a
greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.

growing up in PA, some folks had monster pumpkins..........crazy size. Not so much in TX
